Inclusive design is an approach that seeks to ensure that mainstream products, services and environments are accessible to the largest number of people. This design project was concerned with people with multiple sclerosis (MS), who share some of the same symptoms as those with arthritis and also, in fact, with the general elderly population. Symptoms include physical weakness and loss of vision, but there are many and varied symptoms that are treated with medication. As a result, MS sufferers take a wide range of oral medication on a daily basis.
