Recently after working for 17 years, I decided to call it quits and thought about starting an e-learning portal. Leaving a stable job and career and moving to an unknown journey was scary for me. I have to think about leaving a stable paycheck as well as assured job which was helping me to make ends meet.

To mitigate all the psychological factors, I started writing pros and cons of each options. The simple act of writing down options gave immense confidence to me. The more I started writing, my worst fears started coming out. Sometimes I chickened, sometimes I thought rationally.
